The Oliver Hat Kit comes in 1 kit size. Please keep in mind your gauge will affect how much yarn is used so gauge is critical in both how the garment will fit and also how much yarn you will use.
Kit will be for colours used in the pattern. If you have a copy of the book all yarn requirements are listed below as clickable links for you to take a look at all colours available.

MC - 1 skein in Jacobean Blue
CC - 1 skein in Stardust (only a few yards are needed)

A set of 3.5mm (US 4) Double Pointed Needles (DPNs)
A set of 3.75mm (US 5) Double Pointed Needles (DPNs)
